Return & Refund Policy

Return window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused, with tags (if applicable)

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Final sale items

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale (except if damaged/defective).

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


How to start a return

Email hello@materrosae.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address and instructions (or a prepaid label when applicable).

  • Items sent back without a return authorization can’t be accepted.

Return shipping for approved exchanges and for items that are damaged or incorrect will be covered by Mater Rosae.  A prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email.


Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@materrosae.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your ring, we’re happy to help. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.  As soon as we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship your replacement.

Our goal is to make the exchange process simple and seamless.


European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected and confirm whether the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@materrosae.com.


International returns (if applicable)

Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
