Processing & Delivery

Each Mater Rosae piece is prepared with care and intention.

  • In-stock items are typically ready to ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Pre-order or made-to-order pieces are crafted specially for you and may take up to 3–4 weeks to complete.

Once your order is ready for shipment, we’ll email you with your estimated delivery timeline, tracking details, and shipping confirmation.


Shipping Fees & Methods

Because each order is unique, shipping fees and carriers are determined at the time your order is ready to ship.
You’ll receive a separate email confirming the shipping cost and method, and your order will not ship until you’ve approved those details.


International Orders

We’re pleased to ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@materrosae.com within 3 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.
Mater Rosae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


Address Updates

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, email hello@materrosae.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the item ships.
